Pay & Hours of Work

Trans-Frt. McNamara pays by the mile, with a reasonable expectation of 2,500 miles per week. We offer a competitive base pay per mile. We pay for additional stops, layover fees and waiting time. Add to this a generous employee benefits program which starts the first day of your employment and a group RRSP option (after 1 year).

Acessorial Pay & Bonus

A wide range of accessorial pay, includinga mileage bonus on top of the base rate, safety and performance bonus.

Regional drivers receive a top-up bonus if they drive between 600 to 1000 miles round trip.

Driving Experience

We require AZ and Class 1 drivers to have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience.
All new hires participate in a one day orientation in class in addition to one day online training.
